Female fitness models focus on the promotion of a healthy athletic image of the female body. All Fitness models dedicate large portions of their time to stay in peak shape and eat healthy foods. It is important to say that although one needs to be a hundred percent committed to fitness and healthy dieting, it is not a requirement to possess the gifted measurements of a star PRO athlete in order to pursue a career in fitness modeling. Some female models are bulkier or more ripped than their counterparts, however all this lies in the preference of each model.
